The 3rd State Overview. Next state will be Arkansas. Please note that Arkansas may not come out for a while due to Semester Exams. I will do my best to work on Arkansas and get it out BEFORE New Year's Dayt. If I get it done before Christmas, I will attempt to do California before New Year's.
