Oooo, and I don’t know if I’ve ever seen 100% on the number beaten. I’m sure it’ll drop once more people take it, but I’m pretty happy about it anyway! 😄
But is this actually possible? Isn't it that if a disease is too deadly it may kill all the possible hosts before they even have the chance to transmit it to the next person and thus disappear?
I remember during covid there was a talk about some mutations making a virus more deadly while others were making it more contagious but less deadly. Of course, I maybe awfully wrong on all of this, since I don't have a serious knowledge base on this topic.
Yeah, exactly. The perfect virus is a mix of very contagious and somewhat deadly. COVID only had a death rate of 1-2%, but it was so insanely contagious that so many people got infected that the death toll was orders of magnitude bigger than Ebola. Delta and the other variants we were warned about didn't make the virus especially more deadly, but they did make it way more contagious.
9/10, some really tricky ones today! I could've sworn a haberdasher was a restaurant 😅 Took me a long time to get the measles one as well, could easily have guessed wrong there
9/10.
Fun fact: I'm the first person to play this today! 🥳

In all the 14,000,600 futures I imagined where Ebola was the deadliest and most contagious, there was only 1 where humanity survived
