ooooh so close to another 10 😭

In hindsight, I knew Ulaanbaatar was the answer thanks to one of the General Knowledge quizzes, but the facts didn't spring to mind. Lucky guess on the Nile, Red Dawn, and US State questions brought me a sweet 9/10

Perfect start to the new year derailed on day 3 😅 Got a 9/10 though, the flower question tripped me up, hydrangeas probably would have been my second choice but I thought I'd be clever and go with violets because I foolishly suspected a trap 😂

This was a fun theme, good spread of topics!

Sounds like we had a very similar quiz today, aside from you getting questions 2.1111 milliseconds faster than me. My mother had hydrangeas… never saw them blue!

Yeah I'm pretty sure I've only ever seen them a purplish colour, but flowers are definitely one of my weak areas haha

I got the flower question right, because I was thinking Hydrangea -> hydro -> water -> pH. Not sure this makes any sense.

But still only 9/10, because I know only simple colour names, therefore uneducated guess on question 3.

Got 9/10. My mother loves hydrangeas, but I Psyched myself out thinking pink and blue are closer to violets because of the color.
