Well, if you had chosen a letter and stuck to it, with the exception of A, you would’ve gotten at least that.

7/10 chose France, Norway and Bhopal.

Funny that more people know the Queen's dog breed than the colour of the Confederate uniform when they appear in so many films.

It was almost a symbol of her reign, which lasted for quite a long period of time, and was recent.

I'm British so knew the dog answer but not the uniform colour one. My Venezuelan ice field knowledge isn't brilliant either it would appear 😂

I'd probably say the redness of the confederate flag is the first thing that comes to mind (did for me lol). Silly answer for me to give really but oh well

Weird comment, when we're COMPLETELY DROWNING in movies and series about the Biritish monarchy....

9/10 Good day :)

Huh, kinda surprised me that not many people knew the November Rain question.

I'll take my 8/10

I immediately hit Prince then realised that was 'purple rain'

I missed it because I just assumed it was a trick question - making the answer someone other that the group's normal lead guitarist.

I've just never heard of it. Learned something, though.

100% today, better than 98% of all moles polled.

9/10, failed on the glacier.

Wrongly chose Pakistan, immediately regretted when I remembered/visualised Pakistan mountain ranges.

So sad Venezuela's Humboldt Glaciers is demoted to an ice field.

6/10. Need to shape up a bit

10/10.....weirdly easy, most are pretty much front page news, only on #5 was a guess but I know Eric Clapton, Prince and Van Halen (being of that age). My internet is really slow, can I blame that for lower scores?
+3
Level 74
Mar 12, 2025
10/10 too, but I was lucky with a 50/50 guess on the pasta (I excluded penne and farfalle). Not really a front page news ;-)

surprised only 58% got Barbarossa considering this site is heavily geo/history focused
+2
Level 73

Sadly, more people are interested in some pop-shit stuff. Gross

I think geography is much easier to self-teach than history. Seems like a much smaller topic, more organized, and centrally located.

And that's without getting into corruption in educational systems

+1

Agreed, I think about Operation Barbarossa a few times a day at least! 😂

9/10. Missed the last one and had some lucky, or maybe educated, guesses on a couple of others.
+2
Level 89
Mar 12, 2025
9/10 today on some tricky questions, got through with an educated guess on the pasta and eventually remembered who Emily Blunt was married to, but had no idea about the glacier, didn't realise the Andes quite reached Venezuela

Same boat here. I figured that Norway obviously still has glaciers, and it’d have to be a country with mountain glaciers. Went with Pakistan, which was probably a bad guess since the Himalayas would likely provide a nice, cozy home for glaciers.
+1
Level 89

Pakistan was the only one I ruled out, because of the Himalayas, but I think I ended up going for Egypt haha

6/10 Glaciers in Venezuela? News to me. Beirut 6th largest Non-Nuclear explosion.

Level 55

A couple of lucky guesses got me a 9/10, quite an improvement from yesterday’s poor performance

8/10. I don’t know why I said Poland when I know they were invaded in 1939. Just clicking before thinking I suppose.

Got Venezuela because I remember it was why the JP glacier quiz was updated haha, didn't know the uniforms or the guitarist (but prob would have got him if I'd got past the purple rain trick)

9/10.

Some really good guessing, and some stuff I just knew. Had no idea Venezuela even had glaciers!

+1
Level 69

Why would anyone believe that Norway didn't have any other glaciers?

Level 52

2/10 bro my worst score yet. Only got the Concorde one confidently. The WW2 one was bad, I noticed my mistake right after I answered. Either way it only would've been a 3/10.

9/10. Had no idea about Emily Blunt. Popular culture is the weak link, as always.
