While the simpsons can be a bit of a hard one a lot of the time, I think in this case you just had to figure out which one was dead before the show started airing... Lol. Took me a second still
Thought, maybe it was John Lennon since he was the first to die, but chose George Harrison instead; I've never watched The Simpsons, so didn't know when it first aired
Knew Osama bin Laden was shot by Navy Seals so assumed Saddam Hussein wasn't, but instead of picking the only other option in which he's dead, went for alive somewhere in Pakistan, ridiculous really.
The Simpsons premiered in 1989, fyi. It's still on the air after 36 years, incredibly.
The show did an episode parodying The Beatles story where George Harrison made a cameo appearance. In another episode it's revealed that Marge was infatuated with Ringo Starr as a teenager. He plays himself later in the episode. In an episode where Lisa struggles with the ethical consequences of eating meat Paul and Linda McCartney guest star as themselves to promote vegetarianism.
You didn't ask, but I felt like explaining anyway :)
10/10 after a long time. I was only just listening to Beatles this morning, scrolling through reddit about how Ettore Majorana would've won the Fields Medal had he not chosen to disappear in a freaking boat. Sometimes the stars align lol.
Wooohouu another 10/10, what a streak! Although I must confess I've been lucky for the Oracle of Omaha, I had no idea but decided to chose the only name I knew for sure. Phew!
Keeping the streak going with another 10/10, at 9,920 this time. Was a little slow remembering Lennon died before the Simpson aired, but no other complications.
It's been a while since I've actually had to guess, so I'm sure tomorrow will be themed around something that absolutely destroys me 😅

Had no idea about the Johnny Cash song.

"Smells Like Teen Spirit" is from Nirvana, "I Walk the Line" is originally from Johnny Cash, not covered. That left me with a 50/50 choice. Bad luck.
Nearly got thrown by the Johnny Cash one, but then remembered that 'Hurt' was the only NIN song I knew...
