Even if it *wasn't* a trick question, you'd have to be below the surface in the first place to see any of it, which is unlikely. And if for some reason you happen to be somewhere below and faced some magma/lava you'd likely not be going to make it out to tell the tale.
Yeah, but anyone who resembles Matt Damon is probably the uglier of the two. I always called him Mark Damon in Breaking Bad, but he’s in quite a few things. Fargo, Bridge of Spies, the Irishman…
I know what they all look like and don't think any of them really look like Matt Damon, I half thought maybe Jesse but went for Jared instead. And I agree, Jesse is also a handsome guy.
Glad somebody beat me to it. I was going to say that the only book in which they enter through a wardrobe, to my recollection, is the first one, "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe." In fact near the end, Professor Digory tells Lucy he doesn't think she'll be able to get there the same way again, because he's already tried.
I must be older than you guys, I remember watching him being released, on the TV. So many things were going right in the world then, that are going wrong now.. Long term hostages bring released, end of the cold war, Nelson Mandela finally being freed...
I thought of him at first because of Branson, Missouri, until I saw Dolly Parton and knew it was her because duh, Dollywood. In retrospect I realize that Branson is a city, not a theme park, and it's very unlikely Richard had a whole city named after him 😆
When I saw that the usual 10ers (Dimby and others) in my leaderboard were at 9 or below I thought it was going to be a 8/10-kind of day, but luckily no.
A nice comfortable 10/10 for me today (9,920), but this was a very fun quiz. I don't know which of the following I find more amusing: how clever the lava question was, how harsh the Jesse Plemons question was, or the fact that I knew exactly who that was referring to before reading any of the options 😂
Today got 9/10 with a score of 8,894. Of course, the one on religion threw me. I’ve heard of Advent and knew it was around the Christian big to-do in December so I took a guess. And was wrong.
Actually kids DID walked into Natnia through a painting in C. S. Lewis novel, in third part of story. Not many people got cought, by that but i find it disturbing
There were seven books in the Narnian chronicles. The wardrobe was a portal in only one book (question says 'in the books'). Since we're here, the other portals, if memory serves, were rings and ponds, a bugle, a door, a painting, a wall, and death.
After I clicked Philippines, I remembered that the MAGMA is only called 'lava' upon being expelled ABOVE Earth's surface
Also am I first?
Edit: No I'm not

SCORE!
