Hugo Boss not only did business with the Nazis, but was a Nazi himself from 1931. He was a true believer, not an opportunist or careerist. And, of course, he used slave labor during the war.
His company did not, however, design the SS uniforms; that was done by others. Don't know whether the company designed Wehrmacht uniforms but I doubt it was asked to do so. It would probably be more accurate to say that the company produced military and SS uniforms for the Nazis.
Coco Chanel did not design Nazi uniforms--she closed her fashion house when the war began. She did, on the other hand, try to seize her Jewish business associates' holdings once the Nazis occupied Paris and worked closely (that's both an understatement and a euphemism) with Nazi intelligence services during the occupation.
Chanel did mange seize the business during WW2. Using the fact that her business were Jewish and thus not entitled by law to the business.
It was only after WW2 that the said Jewish business partners were able to get anything back and it now their family that owns the company.
Hugo Boss was a member of the Nazi party and a sponsor of the SS. His company was one of a couple that supplied uniforms to the SS. His company did later provide the Waffen-SS uniform. As well as the uniforms for the armed forces, the Nazi army. He also supplied the brown shirts their shirts. He also like as you already stated used slave labor.
Stunned to have gotten 10/10 on a fashion round, but just shy of 9900 today, might have scraped it but I very much hesitated on the last question, for obvious reasons 😅 But at least this was a funny mistake where you could still intuit the "correct" answer lmao

I thought it was pretty straightforward with one clearly correct answer and 3 clearly not-correct answers... 🤷♂️
