6/10. 1,6 & 9 were complete guesses and all wrong. I knew the answer to Q10 was either HDL or LDL and went the wrong way.

9/10, had no idea for the final question so it was just a wild guess.

10/10. Nearly selected Porfirio for #6 until I remembered who that was (thanks entirely to the "Revolutions" podcast).

I've been listening to Revolutions for the past couple months, up to 7.18, the 1848 revolutions in eastern europe. Mike Duncan is excellent, I went through his History of Rome during the summer. Any others that have your recommentation?

9/10, I didn't know the cholesterol one. Also spent way too long debating whether the Kim one was a trick question

I knew the answer was either LDL or HDL, but couldn't quite put my finger on which one was right. I picked wrong. That's the only one I missed as well. Kind of a guess on Q9 though.

Dang. I flew too close to the sun yesterday and was using incomplete reading as a strategy. Meaning I scanned the question with “4 meters” and “area” and immediately picked 16. I definitely feet that option was meant purposely to catch out people who only scanned the question. 😂

My streak comes to an end, fell at the final hurdle, I knew LDL and HDL are the two types of cholesterol, but didn't know which was the good one. 9/10

HDL = Happy cholesterol, LDL = Lousy cholesterol.

LDL Bad. HDL good. Mmm Kay.

That's a nice mnemonic haha! Annoyingly I knew what they stand for, but I figured high-density would be the bad one 😅

I picked the wrong one there as well. Knew it was one of those two.

I had absolutely no clue on that one and took a shot in the dark. I hit the target. :)

8/10. Missed the first question which is never a good sign. I said Nguyen, but as i was clicking, I was like, NOOO, it's KIm. And I missed the area question. Because I'm a moron.

I missed the area one too because I was on a roll so of course there had to be a math question to make me freeze up. (You're not a moron)

I did the same thing on Q1, my head went to my friend whose last name is Nyuyen & I went too fast, also guessed wrong on Greenland. When I saw my leaderboard, I thought this is either going to be really hard or really random.

Greenland was a guess for me. Complete guess. It didn't seem right but I went for it anyway.

Sneaky cholesterol... and did not know the sandwich, (actually excluded banh mi because it seemed to close to bami, apparently that is bakmi in English I just found out, after diving into some etymologies. Bahn is interestingly close to pain, pan (bread) but said not to be related.

I knew the sandwich Q, it but I went down a google hole on it anyway wondering if the other answers were legit in terms of a sandwich. "Shaking Beef, or Bò Lúc Lắc, is a delicious Vietnamese dish of marbled cubes of beef" and it is ALSO served on a baguette so QM should fix the options. Balut is 18-day old fertilized ducks eggs (ugh) but not a sandwich, and bun cha are meatballs.

Suggesting Frida Kahlo married Georgia O'Keeffe made me laugh. Alfred Stieglitz must be somewhere saying, "Am I a joke to you?" :)

9/10: Missed the Moh's hardness scale question. I'm just glad they didn't have the choice of "11", as i would have selected it.
