Well, although I agree with you that they are bad films, they still are considered official Episodes of the Skywalker Saga. And except for voice cameos in The Force Awakens and Rise of Skywalker, Obi-Wan and Anakin are not part of the sequel trilogy.
You're not totally wrong with the rhino. One of the two subspecies is almost extinct as the last male individual died a few years ago and the only living females are his daughters.
