Last question, all I could think of was Battlestar Galactica, from my childhood. So I looked it up and found that there was a character called Starbuck. I am left wondering whether Battlestar Galactica was some sort of homage to Moby Dick.
7/10. Didn't know what country inspired Starbucks, but realized after I should have said Italy because of the venti, which I've heard of. Didn't know what drink Starbucks invented. And didn't know what surprising place Starbucks was.
Took my time on a few of these, but managed the 10/10 with 9,887. Pretty pleased with that considering I don't drink coffee 😂 Frappucino was a guess, but was pretty confident on the rest
Lucky 10/10 because I believe coffee is the most disgusting substance on earth. I don't know what's wrong with everybody!!! But I do like Truman and Moby Dick.
Moby Dick is a bad-ass book. For those of you who can't handle half-a-page run on sentences describing whale anatomy, try the Moby Dick pop up book by Joelle Jolivet, whole heartedly recommend.
Glad I wasn't the only one who guessed there was a Starbucks at the kaaba. The city of Mecca is covered in western chain restaurants, so it really wouldn't shock me.
8/10…not bad compared to recent days, but why are we celebrating arguably the worst coffee chain in history on Good Friday? There is a damn good reason as to why there was no commercial logic in Starbucks opening in Italy…you can go to any cafe in the country and have a better cup of coffee there than in a Starbucks.
Thanks QM and the team.
(My average remains stubbornly between 7.8 and 7.9, so I guess that's my level!)
I have never been to Starbucks.
Starbucks paid us $1,000 for this quiz and also to sell them all our customer data.
We're not going to sell out.
Even if we wanted to, no one would ever pay for a sponsored quiz and no one wants your data. The economic value is zero.
By the way, you should definitely buy a Premium subscription already to support the site.
And they treat their workers abysmally.
