The “Waffle House Index” is an unofficial index used by FEMA to measure disaster response using the status of a Waffle House (A 24/7 breakfast chain in America) nearby. Green means that the Waffle House is open, which means damage nearby is very little to nil. Yellow means that Waffle House is using a limited menu, usually during power outages and food shortages. Red means it’s closed, which means that damage around it is very severe. Usually they only close in cases like Hurricane Katrina, where Waffle Houses only closed because there was none. The reason is the reason that Waffle House stays open, even in extreme weather conditions.

So I’m fine having it in small amounts, and im not gonna be the negative nitpick guy, because im completely fine with it in small amounts. It’s just that the fact that if it goes in big chains, this is most likely a ploy to go viral and monetization on said video to get money on the internet by creator “Johnny Razer”. I know his popularity before since I was a former watcher, but this really seems like it’s going to create a Jellybean drama again.

The SPT Airboat Line was America's first airline (and if you don't count European zeppelin lines, the world's.) During its short 1914 service, it made a 23-mile trip across the bay from Tampa to St. Petersburg. Sporting a fleet of three planes, you could pay $5 (~$130 today) to take the 23-minute trip.

In total, 172 flights were served to 1,205 passengers.

I think Woolson's story is also pretty crazy. He went from fighting with fairly slowly muskets to the nuclear bomb.

The Spanish-American War's last veteran was Jones Morgan. He died in 1993–insane how he lived to see the internet.
