100 is a big number, eh? Well, I've been blessed to get 100 twice, and my dear friend MasterRocket also got himself a 100.
You see, Rocket and I were discreetly racing to see who could get their Sudden Death quiz to 100,000 takes first. On the home team, it was Elements - Sudden Death. On the Away team, it was NBA Championship Players - Sudden Death. The race was as close as it could possibly be, with each of us having 99,950 in the final moments. I had the slight lead going in, and that slight lead was enough to get me the win. I beat Rocket by around 30 takes out of 100,000.
Now, it isn't about the number of takes we have. While that is still quite impressive, I find more value in the ability to have such races with friends. You may recall my former race with Gademotsili99 to see who could reach 100,000 total takes first. That was months ago, and now I have the pleasure to race Rocket to 100,000 takes on a singular quiz.
Congrats to Rocket for his amazing achievement as well!
I also got another 100. It isn't about takes, rather something more special in my opinion. About a week ago, I got 100 subscribers. I'm so grateful, because I know that people truly like my quizzes and want to see more of them. I even rival Dimby who has a mere 400 subscribers. I'm only three quarters away, hopefully I can race him sometime soon as well!
Thank you all for the support. It's something I cherish deeply. Thanks to Rocket for the fun race, and I'm glad we could share that amazing moment.

I actually regret not being active on the site in November 2024, when the Sudden Death format first came out. I feel like that was one of the best chances in the past few years to get one's quizzes featured. Once you have a few quizzes featured, it does more than just boosting those quizzes' takes - it creates a ripple effect across your whole account, making you more well-known on the site.
It's a lot harder to get Sudden Death quizzes featured now. Congratulations again.
Doesn't matter for me though, I wasn't active until early October
I think that was another decent chance to get featured quizzes. Might not have been for me though, I'm not exactly good at making trivia quizzes on random topics.
Just curious.
Just curious. I don't think you have to.
I always do this for my own, and maybe even y'alls, distinction.
Just my opinion though, you can stick to your own orthographic rule if you want.
Indeed, races between friends are the most interesting ones.
My favourite own ones are with Ravi, ytpo and Anna. Just competing in takes. No other objective than passing the other, and then the role changes. And they are actually quite good contestants. I passed Anna for the first time in like 2019, then she passed me in early 2021 and I (difficultly) beat her again earlier this year.
According to his own stats, Ravi is supposed to be ahead of me for almost one year. Let's see how much time he will have to struggle before passing me for the first time (because he will)...
Dimby better watch his back lolSoon, you'll be in Top 100 quizmakers, only 21 places to go!
