A brief love letter to C418

(glaze warning)

C418 is the Mozart of the 21st century. The music this glorious German has made has come from an especially unique place that is impossible for any other to replicate or even approach in terms of sound, interpretation, and mood. His music has touched tens, if not hundreds, of millions across multiple generations. Play a song from either Minecraft Volume Alpha or Volume Beta for a Gen Z and 4 out of 5 times they will be overcome with a wave of nostalgia the likes of which few other things can trigger. C418's music elicits such strong and varied feelings, and almost none unpleasant at all. His songs serve as the soundtrack to inspiration, creativity, hard work, mourning, reflection, joy, friendship, livelihood, relaxation, curiosity, and exploration—and not just in Minecraft, but in life as well.

To me, C418's music is perfect in that there is literally no change I can think of that could be made to any of his songs to make it better. Thank you C418.

As a chronic Minecraft player, I often find myself getting overwhelmed by some old Minecraft tracks, made by C418. And it is exactly as you put it, nostalgia and memory flashes of the past, of the old PS4 prime minecrafting experience.
