A bug while scheduling quizzes

Context: Today I made a quiz that I scheduled for a day, and in a certain series. Later this day, I remade all my series to make them less confusive. Then I suddenly remembered the scheduling date I set earlier was wrong. I was going to change that. I went to Create a Quiz, the quiz in question, all worked perfectly. Then Step 3- Submit... Nothing. Just the title "QUIZ PREVIEW AND SUBMISSION", nothing more. I tried on mobile and PC, the same thing. Has this already happened to you, or this bug was created with the new create UI?
