Add Tags in Quiz Editor

I'm sorry if I am out of the loop on this, but for a long time now (perhaps a year??), the option to add tags in the "submit" step of quiz editor has been missing. It's been nagging me for a long time, so I figured I'd cave and make this post about it.

It would be very nice to have that back as in order to add tags you have to go back to the "create" page and find tags in the drop-down menu. Plus, the French tags button is still available in the "submit" step.
