Where would you live if you get a chance to go anywhere you could, other than your native place or were you live right now?

I think Japan seems great to outsiders because they benefit from Japan’s extreme social pressure without being bound by it. Of course, there are limits. One can never become truly Japanese. Supposedly even Koreans who’ve lived there for 50 years are still treated like outsiders.

Well to be fair, "native place" doesn't necessarily mean native country. It could be interpreted as, say, native subdivision or even native city I suppose.

From what I've seen on TV or online, it seems that the Kiwis have a pretty laid back life in NZ.

For me it would be either there or a small village in Tuscany

I lowkey started contemplating about moving to Slovakia recently. I like the vibe and scenery, they speak similar language... But I'll first need to secure a job there or become a digital nomad.

Thought about moving to switzerland at one point in college since i speak french and can get by in german, but it’s apparently extremely expensive to live there as an expat
