Answer Columns with different headers

I'm trying to make a quiz with few different groups of answers, like in States of India (States/Union territories) or Provinces of China (provinces/autonomous region etc) but having trouble with the greed. Did two columns - one of type and one of answers like in Provinces of China, but how do I turn it into a similar format in the design greed, designing different blocks and different colors for the headers?

P.s. I work on mobile and doesn't need an SVG.
