Any Artists? (Esp. someone good with graphics)

I made this quiz last year but I really just suck at graphics. It has the potential to be a really fun quiz, but the fact that the image looks so tacky ruins the quiz imo.

If someone could help me modify this SVG to just be more visually appealing that would be VERY appreciated! I'll mention a comment of gratitude and citation of the image on my quiz.
