Bets on when all FLS of the world will be updated

The wonderful quizmaker Vicky has an incredible quiz on all first level subdivisions of the world. However, things in the world change, and it needs to be updated. Everyone place your bets on when you think it will be updated. Whoever is closest when it gets updated will get a personal shout-out from Quizmaster. (Trust me. He'll do it.)
