Block list + unblock option?

Is it possible to have a list of all the users you have blocked from commenting on your content, along with an option to unblock someone?
(You can only view your own block list, i.e. you can't see which people blocked you or which users other people have blocked.)

I know could be a mistake but people should think twice before making any action.
In my opinion, it gives (some extremely d*mb) people the opportunity to block people for fun or something. If they can't be unblocked, like it is now, people'll only block people for more serious reasons, ig
But IMO we can help prevent it by saying something like, for example, "Once you've blocked someone, you can't unblock them for [insert time interval here]"
This makes blocking irreversible in the short term (and possibly medium term) but not the long term, and perhaps people will be less inclined to "block for fun".
Sometimes you definitely want to straight up block someone if they, for example, start spamming under your blogs.
But it's possible that they're not a frequent spammer and it's just an isolated occurrence, in which case you might want to block them temporarily rather than permanently, giving them a chance to reflect on and correct their mistakes.
That's what I think.
Just wondering, have you been blocked before?
I would like to see who blocked me and why though... but maybe some people will use it as an opportunity to hate? Dunno
