Brussels/Helsinki Suggestions

So I'm visiting Brussels and Helsinki in a week. Can anyone tell me what should I see or eat in these cities? I'm gonna stay in Brussels for 3 days, and in Helsinki for 4. I know I already made this thread several weeks ago, but someone might've not been active back then.
