Just use Canva and use the grab text feature. Or if you can't do that just put same-color rectangles on top of the text.

I used movie poster databases, theposterdb.com you can filter by textless, or movieposterdb.com you can look at a group of posters to see if there's a textless version. I think there were a couple other sites that were useful but those two cover most movies (but sometimes I still needed to edit one myself if it was too obscure for someone else to have already done it)
