Cant save my quiz

Hello guys , i ve been creating quiz in Polish language,after posting it I saw that there were so many mistakes ,so i had to edit it ,but now i cant save it.By the way when i try to save quiz it is written "An unknown error occurred" if anyone knows what to do please help me.Thank You.
