You select the URL of a featured quiz, then click the Create Playlist in the create mode and doing that will bring you some more options with one of them being Copy A Quiz

I think you need to first put all valid answers in Step 2, then go to Step 3 and set all type-ins to Custom, and finally back to Step 2 to hide the answers (since you've set type-ins to Custom it won't affect what users need to type for a box)
