Im kinda new and it seems like every quiz i go onto that has relatively many takes the comments are always around 100 or a little more. Is there a reason that this happens?

The comment cap is actually 500, but you need to click the "Load more comments" button at the near bottom of the page to see them. Also, the cap is most likely for data and storage purposes.
