Copying Ultra Played Featured Quizzes

Up to what point is it acceptable to copy a featured quiz that has been played hundreds of thousands of times without asking for permission?

I’m asking specifically about copying quizzes for other languages. We need to add a lot of content, and starting from scratch every time feels inefficient when the material already exists.

How does this usually work?
