Countries planned to visit map

Hello JetPunkers! Filip(TigerPl) had a good JP suggestion and he would like to share it with you. More specifically he said:

"As you probably know, there is an option on JetPunk that allows you to showcase the countries (And in some cases, subdivisions) you've been to. I think it's a very nice feature, as it allows you to get to know other people without sharing any personal details.

It is only possible to list the countries that you've been to though (Well, not literally, but you know what I mean), and I thought of an addition that I think would be quite cool - Adding countries that you're planning on/want to visit."

What do you think about this idea? Would you use it?

Can’t say I’ve ever said the second sentence. 🤔

I agree though, it’s a pointless idea. In any case, my guess is that it would be used by so few people that it wouldn’t be worth QM’s while to implement it

Considering that you're not just filling every country in, the Countries Visited Map shows that you have some experience with having explored the world, while the map that is suggested here wouldn't really be useful at all; I'm pretty sure that everyone would just fill in like, literally every country except for DPRK or some other ones. I just can't see how this would be a good addition. Maybe if it were more specified, like ones you REALLY want to travel to, or ones that you're traveling to in the next year.

I think that it is kinda logical that ppl wouldn't just fill every country, just the ones that they want to go the most, but I don't know how it would rly turn out. I just think it would be quite cool to have the possibility

That's a good point. It could be limited to adding only up to 3 or 5 (or something) countries. This way you only mark the countries that you want to visit the most.

It would be nice for some people I guess, but an actual update or new feature would definitely be more desired by a larger part of the community.
