1. Who moderates the site? Is it just Quizmaster or are there human moderators as well?

To add to the second point: it would require a whole lot more moderation to see what pictures users will be using.

And probably the general public, if we see a rude comment, we can choose to report it, and if it is on our content, we can report and delete.

Or if you accidentally insult someone, you can delete your own comment.
