Cyrillic issue in category names

I've noticed that Cyrillic quizzes often get mixed up and aren't listed in proper alphabetical order.

For example:

* Fruits

* Музыка

* Literature

* Спорт

* Гастрономия

It should be like this:

* Fruits

* Literature

* Гастрономия

* Музыка

* Спорт

Is there any way we can have Latin-based languages appear first, sorted alphabetically, followed by Cyrillic-based ones?
