Disappearing Row? [FIXED]

I was about to release a quiz when I previewed and the first row just disappeared?

It's weird too, especially since the row is visible in the design grid.

I have manual mode on, and used the "Auto Merge" button a lot to help save time.

I know my quiz is such a niche topic, but if anyone can help, please tell me!
