"Failed generating questions" Error

When I tried previewing a quiz I just made, it came up with the error "Failed generating questions".
This is the first time I have seen this happen. Has anyone experienced this? I've tried previewing other submitted and unsubmitted quizzes and they don't have any issues.

Just refresh and 99.99% it won't happen again. Obviously too minor to worry about fixing.
