FAQ pinned on top of Message Board?

Since we frequently see new posts regarding notifications for comment replies, new featured languages, etc, I would suggest pinning answers to frequently asked questions on top of Message Board mainly so that Quizmaster and other elder statesmen don't have to answer the same few questions so often.
I'm aware that some users will still post without reading it, but in the end it might spare some time for moderators and active users on MB.

while i would like this, i worry that QM would want to avoid cluttering up the mb with such things

Yeah, I can absolutely understand that. Personally, I haven't been thrilled every time I saw something similar pinned on other sites, and I'm not annoyed by seeing similar threads every once in a while (I could easily be the one doing the same), but I can see other people being more triggered or wasting their time explaining the same things all over again. The latter two are the main reasons I made this suggestion.

I can see how this would be useful, but I fear this could become like Reddit where people will just say "check the FAQ post" instead of actually answering anybody's question.
