So far this is not enabled for user creation, but I will be rolling that out in the coming weeks.
I've actually never learned all 196 capitals. I think this will be a good way to learn them! Already, I'm learning how to pronounce the countries and capitals more accurately.
(Note for sticklers: the audio is currently set to a standard American accent. So we're pronouncing capitals the way an American news anchor would, not necessarily the way a native person would. At some point I'll add support for Received Pronunciation as well.)

As for user creation, will images also be supported?
Flashcards are a very popular learning tool, and the idea of finding them on JetPunk is totally relevant: it fits with the "learning adventure" promise displayed on the Front page.
Small suggestion: after clicking "Start Learning," I suggest keeping the Flashcards title above the card holder.
And maybe also provide a short explanation box for those who never used flash cards before ;)
