Flash cards are now open for user creation. Let me know what you think. The user interface might be a little tricky.

Great news! I just created my first 2 for French users.

Noticed a glitch: the User menu and Notifications menu can't be clicked when you're someone's Flash Cards list like https://www.jetpunk.com/users/quizmaster/flash-cards
