Formatting text quizzes into sections

I am trying to make a text quiz that is organized into sections (like the capitals of the word quiz) but I cannot figure out how. Can someone help me replicate that design?

I presume you want the 'Add Blocks' feature which makes sections similar to columns but they are separate. All you have to do is:

1. Go into design grid and make the 'Design Mode' from the top 'Manual'

2. Go to 'Add/Delete Cells' on the right

3. Click 'Add Block' depending on how many blocks you want
