Glitched Word Search

I was playing non-English word searches out of boredom until I stumbled upon this German Word Search that somehow managed to break the word search itself by having unknown unicode characters and pushing letters to different columns??

This really interested me, since this is my first time seeing this. Can anyone find the problem and tell the creator about such?
