By the way I was thinking about making this sort of a Message Board Series, if you will. Anytime there is a weird (and interesting) holiday I'll post about it. Does that sound fun or nobody wants that? Let me know.

There are multiple websites dedicated to weird/strange holidays that I found. So, I looked up today's date and found that. Pretty much every day has one but there not always interesting. For instance, tomorrow is Serpent Day (which is creepy and boring at the same time lol).

I'm not sure who decided that today is Backwards Day though. Sorry.

Edit: I just googled it and the AI overview says that two ladies in 1961 created it to "break the monotony of life" apparently.

FYI by the way, JP once ran a project to prove that every single day is some sort of holiday. It covered all of 2022 and had a holiday-themed quiz for every day of the year.

Hearing about strange annual days does sound like a fun thing, aye.

It's surprisingly difficult to spell words backwards (or is that just me who struggles with it?) I suppose there is not much need for apes to evolve to do that. As long as you can swing through the trees and stuff.
