Help needed with picture quiz creation

Does anybody know how to group pictures and answers in a picture quiz into groups? I'm making a quiz (around 100+ images) and i was trying to put them all into categories (about 2-4 each, just putting them in a group with a title), but i cant find any way to put them together.
