Tech Support: Playlist issues

I have a playlist to which I erroneously added a quiz that doesn’t belong. There doesn’t appear to be a UI control that affords the ability to remove a quiz from a playlist.

In order to work around this, I created (from scratch) a corrected version of the playlist, with the intent to delete the original. However, I also found that the “delete” link next to each playlist does not appear to be functional, so I now have two copies of the same playlist.

Because I am unable to delete the original, I tried to rename it to mark it “obsolete,” but the ability to save changes to playlist names and descriptions appears to have been revoked at some point. The Save button now remains disabled after editing the name and/or description.
