Help with quiz design thing

I'm trying to make a text quiz, where one question has multiple answers, all which need to be answered. I would like it to look like the Mongolia question in this quiz:
How can I do that?

Make the two answers have the same hint, then go to step 4 and merge down the hints into each other.

in the answers part of the quiz creation page, add a row with an empty hint box and the other answer you want in the answer box under the actual row with the first answer and the hint. Then in the design part, switch to manual instead of auto and, selecting the hint, merge the cell down
