I'm not from there but as I know I would recommend you going (in Cartagena): to the Ciudad Amurallada (The Wall ed City), Castillo de San Felipe de Barajas, colonial town and Beach of Bocagrandes. Then you can go to Parque Nacional Natural Tayrona where you can find amazing beaches like Bahia Concha or Playa chengue
