How can i add more then 500 rows in a block in step 4?

As my first message board failed to get any results i will make another one which will be clearer on the issue, im currently making a quiz on Winners in Open Wheelers, and as ive made a block for F1 i face an issue regarding the 500 rows limit, and making more blocks would both make it impossible to add more categories and also make a complete mess of my Quiz, Again i mean the quiz design and not the 500 Answers Limit (Step 2)
