How can I change my visited map to show only countries (no regio

I noticed that some users’ visited maps on their profiles display countries only, while others (including mine) show countries split up into regions (for example, Germany, Spain, France are divided into multiple clickable parts).

I would prefer to have the simple version with just countries, without regions.

Is there a setting in the profile to switch?
