You will have to use the “edit html” option in the quiz editor. If you’re unfamiliar with html, I’d recommend copying a featured sudden death quiz that has images and then looking at their code to see how they did it.
Remove the spaces before and after the arrow brackets. Also, I recommend making the height and width the same for all the options so it looks good. You may have to experiment with the box sizes, too, but I haven’t actually made a sudden death quiz with images… which is kinda surprising. 🤔
