Good question. Generally if your quiz is well done and decently formatted and is not about niche topics it's gonna get at least a few takes over the course of months. You can also use the message board to advertise, without overdoing it (very important).

If your quizzes are mainly focused on Toledo, then you may want to check Reddit or Facebook or whatever social media for groups for people from Toledo and share your quiz there. That way people who might be interested in your quiz but don't use JetPunk can actually see it.
