How do I create a tag?

Unfortunately, you can't create tags, you can only add preexisting ones to your quizzes. This can be done by going into 'Create', selecting the dropdown menu on 'More' and selecting 'Tags' and clicking 'Go'. Then, you click on a quiz of yours to add/remove tags.
