How Do I Do This?

In some quizzes, it's like a text quiz, but instead of having you able to type the answers in any order you want, you can only do one order that the creator of the quiz choose. And the question you're on is lit up in yellow. How do I do this too? I'm sorry if this is obvious, the only quizzes I know how to make are text quizzes and multiple-choice ones.
