How do I give a free answer in a quiz?

How do some quizzes mark an answer for free in them? Like how in a lot of quizzes the Ruhr or Greenland is provided but still in the answer grid.

You'll need to change to manual mode in the Design Grid. You can then add in a box yourself and type in whatever answer you'd like.

Turn the design mode to manual.

Then add the row which should be free and write the text in it. You can change the color of the cell (a lot of quizzes have given answers in grey) in the "Edit Styles" section.
