How do you delete singular tiles on tile select quizzes

I'm trying to create a tile select quiz with 13 answers per question but 13 cannot be multiplied using two numbers that equal to or are lower than 5. That means the closest amount of answers I can have using rows and columns is 12 or 15. Is there a way to delete singular tiles so I can have 13 answers?
