How do you get all countries to pop up green on the World SVG?

For context, I have read everything I've found regarding this on JetPunk, and I have been able to turn countries green. However, I'm developing a quiz in which one answer could be correctly attributed to many countries, and when I type it in on preview, only the first country alphabetically out of the bunch will highlight. I added a column to the left of the hints where I put the IDs of every country in the row, separated by a comma.
To anyone who's successfully made a quiz like that, what am I doing wrong?

You don’t want to create a new column from scratch. The fastest way to do this is to export to excel and add regex type-ins on the countries you want. If you’re not familiar with excel and exporting quizzes, you can just manually add type-ins. A type-in will make any string text work for an answer that you want. Let’s say you want Andorra to fill in for Nigeria. Go to Nigeria’s type-in and add Andorra as a valid answer.
